Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
- Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. After these attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- For any delivery delays exceeding the expected timeframe, please reach out to customer support at customer.care@urbanhindu.in within 30 days of placing the order.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us with relevant photos and order details.
Shipping Exceptions
- Delivery delays may occur due to Force Majeure events (e.g., public holidays, natural disasters, strikes). In such cases, we will update you, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
